Hesitant when saying where she was from. Started the call with ‘hello mam how are you today? I hope you’re having a lovely day. Then when I asked who she was she said I’m calling from, Urm, Vodafone. Didn’t even sound confident where was calling from. Claimed to be calling about an issue with my account needing urgent attention - I haven’t been with Vodafone for 2 years! Definitely a scam!
