Multiple voicemails received with auto voicemail saying to hear more about our promotional offers call us back. Keep blocking but keeps calling back on a different number, don't know how else to stop this but really irritating

Called me 10 times today, I keep blocking the number but they call again from a different one!

I keep getting the same automated voice call. Home Energy.... Asks if you own home. I replied 'you've called me numerous times 'He says 'that must be someone else' I said No! It's your voice, PLEASE STOP! He hung up.
Don't give them any information!!!
