The energy advisor on the line went on and on about how installing proper loft insulation not only keeps the heat in during cold snaps but also blocks out summer swelter reducing ac use and even dampens noise from upstairs or street all backed by some cherry picked stats but when i probed deeper on the installation crews credentials or material sources it was crickets then a pivot to limited time offer pressure these scams evolve quick now mixin real tips with the hook to build trust before the ask for deposit or access its frustrating how they clog the lines with this noise meant to exploit folks just tryin to save a quid or two so far better to verify any energy scheme straight from the gov site than entertain these cold pitches that leave you colder in the wallet.
