Rang a just few times then hung up before I could answer - but why, who can know... Unrecognised number. Google comments: The 02034 area code is a London landline number prefix introduced in 2005 to accommodate increased demand for numbers in the capital, often used for virtual, cloud-based business lines. So there you have it, could be anyone. And clouds can bring rain.

wanted to discuss my electricity deal as apparently it is due to end. I refused to confirm any details and requested that the number be removed and to not call again she openly admitted that while she would not call again her colleagues would!
