Rang saying they were part of Anglian Water and covered the insurance for the repair of our pipes for water and waste water. They said J set it up 3 years ago as a one off payment but now they needed my bank details to set up a direct debit to renew it! I know I've never set up anything like this so I'm guessing they were just after my bank info. I told her to cancel it and she hung up on me.

Someone said they were from the Water Board after my new meter was fitted. They seemed to know too much about it and had an answer for everything. It didn’t feel right so I ended the call.
