Had a phone call from this number today claiming to be from South staffs water about a cover policy. I’ve taken over three years ago and it was time for renewal. They managed to drop the price three times when I still said I wanted the paperwork sent out so I could look at it they hung up. . Please just block this number if it calls you .

It buzzed in but dropped nothing on the recorder. Looked into what others noted and went ahead blocking it since it smells like a total rip off setup waiting to snag the unwary.

Just rang once no message behind after checking comments it looks like scam territory so blocked now

They said they were Essex & Suffolk water, wanted my bank details, I refused and said I would speak to the water company myself. Got a little bit shirty when I said that.
