Wanted to talk about plumbing and drainage cover. He didn’t get the chance as I put the phone down.

Caller stated my renewal for plumbing and drainage cover with Yorkshire water was due, I have never had this cover. I asked when I took it, she said a one off payment in 2022! I said so how much did I pay then for 3 years, she said she’d remove it and hung up. I have plumbing cover but not with them but people need to be mindful. Could be dangerous, I believe it to be a scam

Not sure about this one, I didn't answer but you cannot call this number back so guessing its a scam so have blocked

Answered call from this number who said our plumbing insurance was up for renewal and mentioned our address. I asked why they were ringing me and not my husband who had dealt with this kind of thing and they hung up immediately.

I've marked this call as neutral but I don't answer numbers I don't recognise, so it's not possible to know if it could have been a scam call, or not. I won't take the risk of answering, and a message wasn't left which makes me a little suspicious.
