EXACTLY THE SAME HERE. I HAD 12 WINDOWS FITTED AND 11 OF THEM WERE FITTED WRONG. THEY MADE A HUGE MESS. CAME OUT & FIXED THEM TWICE. I'LL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN. UNBEKNOWN TO ME, THEY'D CHANGED HANDS IN 2020. IT'S NOT THE OLD EVEREST THAT USED TO BE VERY GOOD.

Said they were from Everest. Told them wouldnt touch Everest with a bargepole after bad experience in their previous incarnation

Everest Glazing. However the company went into administration June 2020 and sold back to a private equity owner. Rebranded Everest 2020. They have washed their hands of all customers prior to June 2020. So old customers have lost warranty and money…. Unethical practice. I hung up!!

Said they worked for Everest glazing. Had my name but I told them no one of that name is known to me and they must have the wrong number 😂.
