Young man called Chris saying the insulation in my loft was causing condensation. I asked him how he knew what type of insulation I had in my loft and he said he was new to the job and I would need to speak to his manager. I hung up.

Just got the dialling tone when I answered the phones.

The phone cut out as soon as I picked up the landline receiver. Googled to find out if the number was listed on your site and found out it was to do with insulation being inadequate. Wish theses people would get a proper job!
