Phishing scam posing as BT OPEN REACH, wanted me to go to a particular website as my IP Address had changed from private to public, apparently. Foreign accent but sounded quite professional. Became pushy when I said I would check their number for scammers and call BT open reach myself

Asking for £140 to protect my sky equipment insisting I paid the same amount last year and if I didn’t pay straight away I would get a delayed payment charge. I told them I was insured by another company they demanded to know which company I just said nothing to do with you. He still insisted I pay this money. I hung up but anybody who was vulnerable would have paid

English north voice ve ry inarticulate and fast seaker, great difficulty in following his speech.Obviously a scam call. Speaking from BT allegedly, who would never employ suck a poor speaker, also bossy . Used the work OK abut twent y times in an aproximate 8 minutes call. I am pretty certain I have heard this person in another call over the past tikme
