I have been getting 5 phone calls a day since Monday 0161 524 1738 different all end numbers 4056,ect

Missed a call from them yesterday. They called again today but the call dropped after 9 seconds. I live near Manchester so, thinking it was probably legitimate, called them back. Recorded message: "Welcome to Clear Comm. To speak to an agent press 1. To stop receiving calls press 9." I pressed 9 and blocked the number. I am suspicious. I Googled "Clear Comm" and I'm pretty sure that this wasn't a call from the (legitimate) IT company.
