Rang to say a certificate needs updating on my solar panels. He was very pushy and persistent. Told him he was upsetting me, which he denied. My words were no means means no then hung up and blocked his call

This company DLBEC Ltd rang and said my solar panels were flagged up on their system as requiring a service. This company has phoned me in the past, usually every 20 months or so saying that my system needs checking and insisting that they have carried out a service before and this is how they have my details, this company has never set foot in property and they never will! Scammers

Rang and said my solar panels were flagged up on their system as requiring a service. Scam as never had contact with them. Probably same people that rang up some time ago and asked if we had solar panels. Number blocked.

Company from Norwich. Told me my solar panels required checking. Said they came 10 years ago and we were due a check. Total lie!
These companies need regulating as they have no regard for TPS numbers!!!

Solar panel safety checks are unnecessary and are a means of selling you something you do not need.
Certification which they offer is also unnecessary and a ploy

Constantly ringing me about electrical safety checks on solar panels . Insists they came out last year, but I have no record of them coming out to me. Makes it sound like it's the law, which it certainly isn't.
