Caller claimed to be from my phone provider, which he did not name. He was trying to 'confirm' my personal information. When I refused to cooperate he became very pushy. He tried again about 2 minutes later, I let the call go to voicemail.

Continuously call my elderly grandparent regarding a phone service allegedly being paid for. (There is no service being paid for) When asked today where they are calling from they become evasive and do not answer the questions asked. Today the call handler became frustrated with my questions on behalf of my grandparent and said ‘ok so you don’t want the phone service anymore’ and hung up. Hopefully this puts an end to the numerous calls a day.
