Caller masquerading as an energy advisor to be able to sell spray foam insulation. The number is an unregistered VoIP conversion number and as such is a spoof to hide real identity. DO NOT use spray foam insulation unless you have independently had your roof assessed as being suitable for this process as you can damage your loft ventilation and make your property unmortgageable.
