Wasted my time telling me my house had poor insulation despite me explaining it was a new build with excellent insulation.

Called many times, computer voice saying he was David, working for a windows company.

Saying loft insulation was wrong. Already rung before and found it was spam call

Phoned at 5:30pm, told me her name and said she was from ?? Energy Company and asked if I was the home owner. I told her to get my number off her list followed by two words, the second being 'off' then hung up.

Been getting a number of these. Always around 5pm. Always from my energy adviser and always ask if I am the home owner. Always a delay before they pick up

Had a silent call from this number and half an hour earlier another one with the second half of the number changed to 966005. Looked up comments and have blocked the numbers. When I looked up the number on Phonely it said it was a reinforced concrete company!!!!!!!

According to their records our house has a low EPC rating. It expired in 2023 and was a C. So fine.

Claimed to be an "energy supplier support service", they have called before with other claims like double glazing etc. same glitchy start to the call, a long wait, then the scripted voice kicks in, if you say nothing, it just repeats the same line over and over
