Scammers. Said they’re calling from Three. That your number will be blocked today. But, they’re going to send you a new SIM card with the same number. At that point at told them they’re scammers and they hung up.

Repeated contact from numbers in this range pretending to be from an energy department. Some silent, some pushing fake looking offers. It is disruptive and not genuine.
