Caller said he was doing a survey, line was bad. He said he knows what I am doing 'are you not going to speak'. So are you not going to talk to me. he started to get aggressive I told him it was a bad line so was about to hang up and he said 'he was going to fing ruin my Christmas and be calling me through the night
