Called claiming to be local energy savings provider. Asked if I was home owner. Scam, hung up

SCAM Call - "..We are calling from your local energy savings provider, your are the home owner aren't you?.."
Asked what the name of their company was and she hung up instantly.
Have been called by these people repeatedly over the last 2 weeks. They have been quite aggressive on previous calls trying to demand to know if I was home owner and questioning my right to deal with them! It is a standard reverse physiology trick, to make you feel like you have to justify yourself to them and give them information. DON'T fall for it !
