This is the customer service department at Fasthosts, they were a very persistent caller and I eventually took their call. It turns out they just wanted to check that I'd got a domain set up properly (which I had). Not sure why they didn't just leave a message or send an email instead, the behaviour appears very spammy / harassing, but I expect they'll stop now I've spoken to them. The calls (from this and other numbers) just appear as being from Gloucester but aren't linked up to a company. They could do better, but this is not dangerous.

The number has been calling me months on end since signing up to a very cheap domain name from “Fasthosts”. Absolutely harrasement.

At 10:33 AM today, there is miss call from this number. There was no message. Based on the 2 reviews. If there is no voice message next time, the next report will be escalated to ‘harassing’. So for now this will report this as ‘neutral’. Can only assume it’s neutral for the purpose of marketing. The next miss call will determine the appropriate level.
