Phone rang early in the morning, no voicemail, then checked online and sure enough it’s a scam nuisance caller.

Another loft insulation call, we get more than 1 per day lately. Asked them not to ring again.
They start off by saying "you are the owner of the house aren't you? Immediately feels like a scam.
