Lady on the call pretended to tie in with power stuff but the tip off was how she kept talkin right over me no matter what i said.

Called pretending to be an energy company, not the first time. I told the woman to stop calling- she hung up. Dialled 1471 and called, got a number unobtainable tone

got a call from this number after previously getting a call from almost the exact same number literally the day before (the 1 near the end was a 0 before so it was 008 instead of 018) blocked both numbers right after getting the calls from them.
