Didn't engage when phone rang. It went to voice mail which was a long silence then cut. Phoned the number using caller withhold for protection and message in US accent was, 'the number you have called is currently not in service' Amazing - they'd just phoned me! Not safe at all.

Male caller, English/Cockney accent called my pensioner father suggesting he needs window replacements for the home. Was told 'no'' several times. Attempts made to gather more details from my father. Call was swiftly cut by caller as soon I intervened by asking details about who was calling and what they wanted.
