This is a scam, I asked who it was and the phone was put down.
iIf you block the number they will call again with number withheld

Thee olde 'Energy efficiency adviser for your area' call. Did not say the same of the company he was with when asked.
So I terminated the call. (01431 is 400+ miles from me).

When I picked up the phone, I did not recognise the number, so I remained silent. The caller said he as from a double glazing company. I hung up.
