Scam call claiming to be from BT calling to upgrade our broadband when we aren't a BT customer. Provided a fake web address that didn't even work and they hung up after asking even basic questions, like what their website address is. Scam.

obvious scam call. claimed to be from BT about switch over to cloud system. hung up when i started asking questions.

Called the mobile number connected to my business claiming to be from BT/Openreach about digitising of landlines but didn't know my landline number. Also didn't know who my landline provider is. Wanted to know my landline number, address and email. Caller's first language was not English.
