telling me i owe for hmrc self assessment penalty from 2009 stating interest rising and after lengthy contact with HMRC as the old unused account is still in credit, i have applied to compliance in writing to have this removed and told it will never have interest charges, but, I still get threatening court debt collection letters from BPO and this number even after informing them of thus process. I have been told by the HMRC that I will get a reply from them by 30 sept 2026 so I am going to ignore this number and any correspondence in the mean time unless they actually produce a court date appearance which will enable me to provide the evidence and ask for harrassment compensation.

They keep ringing me up and leaving voicemails also saying they are from DTO which I’ve never heard off so it’s obviously some sort of scam.

Constant phone calls leaving voicemails saying to phone this number press one for this press two for that absolutely fed up and don’t believe that they are a company that is offering anything apart from trying to make money for nothing

Regular calls, texts and voicemail for a person whom I have never heard of. I have informed them that it is not their number but the calls and message persist.

Had a phone from Tesco Mobile, which I wasn't happy with and subsequently returned it to Tesco in January 2025. Got proof that the phone was returned and delivered back to Tesco Mobile, but now Tesco Mobile has engaged BPO (owner of the number 0141 846 2076) to collect payment for the phone that I returned. Contacted BPO to stop calling me and filed a dispute for a collection is not due.
