Claimed to be from "EZ solutions" (I think). Inquired about loft insulation and when I sought clarification about the purpose of the call accused me of not listening and being very rude to him, He was aggressive and quite frightening.

Called our home and couldn't even get our name correct. My husband said what's the point if you can't get the name right and hung up. Next call came up as private number and said "do you know who this is?" My husband said no. The male said "See you in 20 minutes. " Very threatening and same person as previous call.
