Knew my full name!! Lied saying he got my information from a survey I had completed, then proceeded to tell me that the company I got my washing machine from gave my information due to my warranty about to expire ( I don't even have one for my washing machine). He called me & asked if I want a free upgrade on all my white goods !! Beware of this scam
