This number has phoned me several times today and yesterday, which is unusual for a scam call so thought I had better answer it, even though my phone said it was a ‘likely nuisance’. Yes it was a scam. The Energy Advice Centre, apparently, and people in my postcode had been awarded £1500….i don’t think so!! Hung up and blocked number

Have had several calls from this number which I do not recognise so let the call go to answerphone, but they hang up as soon as the outgoing message starts. Nuisance. More than a few calls received every day.
