I just received a call from this number about a books for schools donation, which I did not make. When I said I didn't recall making this donation and refused to give my details for a "thank you letter" the call was cut off. IT'S A SCAM!

Just had a phone call asking about a school book deal I sponsored. They tried the same scam a few years ago, ignore!!!

Cut off before I could answer, clearly a scam call. I had a similar call from this block (previous one was from 01344 584051) a couple of days ago.

I've almost fallen for this... very convincing lady telling me that I signed up to sponsor local school with an anti-bullying book, asked to make a payment for £279. I said I don't remember signing up, she said she can reduce it to £185 if we pay today or the cancellation fee is £99. I told her to email me an invoice, see if she does... don't fall for it peeps!

Called about some books for a charity which I had agreed to sponsor (which never agreed) to be sent to local schools. Demanded £240 payment. Received a call in April from a Northampton number claiming the same thing.

Scam! Asked for documentation to be emailed through as they said I had booked this! Nothing appeared of course!
