It's difficult for me to comment further with regards to this above-stated phone number as I had received one phone call earlier this evening at:- 5:22 p.m. The woman gave her name as:- Stacey. She already had both, my first name and surname. She was wanting to know if I am a Council tenant or a Housing Association tenant. I had asked her to phone me back sometime tomorrow. She was about to say that if I am a Council Tax tenant, I had immediately disconnected the call. She wasn't too keen to speak, there were long pauses each time which had immediately raised alarm bells because a genuine caller would have spoken straight away in confidence without pausing so much. I had to confirm my name around about 5 times first before she had decided to go ahead with the conversation.
