Saying they are from EON and our bill cannot be accurately generated because our smart meter has been mixed up with many other and we will receive a huge bill if we don't co-operate with them. After declining to help, told that we will now be charged a huge bill and it will be totally responsible for paying it as we are being unhelpful.
