cold call they didnt answer when I picked up

answered the call and a mature lady with a Indian accent told me that my washing machine warrantee was about to expire and would i like to renew for another year? I asked her what brand our machine was and she said that their system is not allowed to store personal information about customers. When i explained that insurance fees are calculated based on the value of the item being insured, so they must at least know the price of the machine, she lost her temper and snapped something in Bengaul, so i told her to find some honest work and hung up.
DEFINATYELY A SCAM!
