Noise in background sounded like call centre. Caller would not identify themselves, seemed to think I was someone who would be an easy touch to give details. Wrong! You would think that instead of asking you who you are? they would identify themselves or organisation first. Amateurs. Anyone who does not identify themselves or company first should be treated with caution.
