A 'lady' with quite a posh British accent, said she was a representative from my local energy supplier and she understands that I am the home owner. Asked who she wanted to speak to and she repeated what she'd already said. I told her I understood that but if you want to speak to me you will know my name! Then started asking me what property type and I hung up.
