Scam. Household survey. Said she was called Clare. (Sounded foreign) Asked my name & address to confirm it was me. When I ask her why she was asking that. She then put the phone down.

Claimed to be from EE, couldn’t really understand what they were saying but there was mention of a 30% discount and then asked me if I wanted to go ahead. I asked them to put it in writing as I couldn’t understand.

A heavily accented female voice ( South Asian I would guess) saying that she was calling from EE Moblie. This was obviously untrue as I have spoken to EE on many occasions and always with UK based staff. I simply ended the call, and I have blocked the number on my phone. Beware!!

Called claiming to be from O2 talked about issues with signal/connection that customers are facing. Said my sim is old and they would upgrade/ replace my sim for free and offer a 30% contract discount
