Rude a hole put the phone down on me when I said the “ lady of the house” wasn’t here.

Skipped the pickup today since they hit yesterday with a similar line actin like the gas company from an overseas room full of noise.

Home line went off but once i picked up nothin but quiet then could hear chatter way off like a busy office total shady.

A man with an Indian accent claimed to be from D&G regarding my washing machine warranty. Said to release the documents he needed my sort code. I don't have a warranty with D&G, total scam and hung up quickly when I challenged him. Also asked to speak to 'the man of the house' which was odd.

Pronounced Indian accents throughout. Regarding boiler maintenance, Insisted on having bank sort code to verify my identity, then insisted on having bank account code to verify modification of direct debit. Refused and rang off,. Second call from supervisor, even more insistent on having account code. Rang off. No further contact. Will also contact British Gas

Couldn’t get to the phone quick enough. When I picked it up they had hung up but my phone said ‘nuisance call’

Call room type claimed ties to the gas service and asked about the boiler unit but i said no such thing here and ended it.
