Called claiming my internet was compromised. Very pushy and rude when I said I wasn't interested.

was advised that my roof and loft has lead and is dangerous has not been checked and when I questioned the unwanted unarranged call the caller hung up after making intimidating remarks about the state of my unsafe lead infested roof. I did the 1471 which gave 01257733189 as the caller and when I called this number the message was "this number has not been recognised

Was out. Did not leave a message on my answerphone. Suspect an attempted scam. With the telephone number provided why have the perpetators not been caught???
