On telephone preference service so shouldn’t be calling. Energy Team have been asked twice to remove my Mums details from their list. Still keep calling

Over the last 9 months I have been called at least 7 times asking to speak to my late mother who passed away 6 years ago. I told them each time to remove her from their records, but to no avail.
