I am TPS registered but got this call anyway. It was a very noisy background, obvioulsy call centre. I could not understand her speech so hung up.

Had a call today. Thde caller said he was from some local outfit to do with energy saving. He said my property was highlighted as having the old style roof insulatiom (It's a fairly new house!). I asked him where my property was. He couldn't give an answwer and decided to hang up.
