They called me twice, first call line was very bad, Lisa said she was some survey for the Birmingham city council, I said I can't hear you...She then called back, line was still very bad, she said the same thing, I told her I hadn't heard an official describe the Birmingham council described as how she put it and her accent was suspicious too..I knew it wasn't genuine, the time of call too being evening...
