Rang on my landline saying they were from BT TECH support re my new router and that my Wi-Fi speed needed upgrading as it was too low. Plausible due to the recent digital switch on landlines. They knew my address and wanted me to go online to ‘fix’ the problem at which point I said no as I thought they were scammers - and they put the phone down.

Call from this number asking for any repairs on the property, When asked where they were calling from they hung up.
