James the local energy saving advisor, I have had him calling me for years now, long given up telling him I'm not interested.... Blocked him 2 weeks ago so he must now be using this number.

Called then, when I answered i heard a knock as if they knocked the phone against an object, but the user was silent, after a few seconds i hung up.
