I answered this call and they said that old loft insulation is causing damp in the properties locally! When they went on to say that they could come and do a free home check, then asked my age and wanted other details, when I said no to all this they said they they would call back in 30 mins and arrange an appt, when I again said no, he said brilliant I will get that arranged for you. I then hung up. Fortunately these calls do not worry me and but the elderly and vulnerable could find this very worrying especially with the claims that were being made. When I asked how they got my number as it ex-directory they gave some story of the fact if I had loft insulation in the last 20 years I would be on the data base! Again I dare say another lie as I doubt there is a loft insulation data base phone number, Beware this company. Fraudulent, tells lies, tries to get information from you,

Pressing about upgrading fairly recent home insulation. Wouldn’t listen to me but carried on reading from their script. I ended the conversation.

Plop noise, then silence. I suspect it's an auto-dialler and nobody was available at caller's end to pursue the call when I answered. Probably another of the scam calls that are so prevalent nowadays. Blocked.
