on phone pick up caller was silent for several seconds before asking if I was the home owner sounded suspicious so I said no despite this I was repeatedly asked the same question asked her reason for call I think it was about home insulation I did not truly understand as reply was at speed & not clear - I ended the call

Same number called twice on the same day, nothing was said. When I tried to call back it said the number was unavailable.

It's a scam they ring you and ask if you are the home owner. Have blocked them many times. They just ring again using a different number.

Multiple silent calls from same caller ID. Hangs up as soon as answerphone cuts in. I would expect a genuine caller to eventually get fed up with my answerphone and leave a message. I suspect that a scammers auto-dialler may be faulty.
