Answering machine fielding calls and I dont pick up unless I hear who it is and they hung up when no real person to talk to. Also calls from 0118229528(4)

Definitely suspicious. Woman on the phone telling me we are suitable for solar panels and am i the home owner - we already have solar so i said goodbye and put phone down then checked the number and I can see here that others are saying it was double glazing - definitely suspicious and likely a scam - now blocked.
