Claiming to be from Three network - offering discount for poor network service but dont know anything about my contract or details so they are fishing for information as they speak in generals and nothing specific. I would say the call is a scam or an attempt to sell you a new contract from a different provider - either way scam or not there is nothing upfront about how this is being done and once I questioned the caller they hung up
