Orbit MPS - I was waiting for some work to be carried out following a text giving the date and time but they hadn’t come. Phoned them and they’d cancelled it and said ‘weren’t you told?’ -_- Would I have been calling if I’d been told?? Now I find out it was extortionate to have made the call anyway! This issue was first reported in March I think… My opinion of the service is being diminished with each passing event, or non event as it seems to be.

MPS contact number provided by Orbit housing. You can never get through and end up wasting money. Highly frustrating service.

Seems like MPS- Mitie Property Service handles repair scheduling. But their approach is pretty lousy. Always have to follow up and costs you heavily.

Orbit MPS - Waiting for service, but they never showed up. When I called, they said appointment was canceled without notifying me. And it cost me a fortune to know this! Ridiculous.

This is MPS building contractor that Orbit housing use. No other form of contact but the high rate phone number. Disgusting we didn’t even get through, this needs to be stopped exploiting vulnerable people. 🤬🤬🤬
