we had 14 calls yesterday, most rang for short time which is annoying. when answered we got a recorded message from south west water. calls went on until 22.00 then i had to disconnect the phone. this number should be blocked. AC

Received a call from this phone number to my landline saying it had a text message for me to listen to, as I didn't recognise the number I declined to listen to the text and the call was terminated.
