As the other comments tried phoned me as soon as I had a tried to download a new driver for my old Canon printer. Wanted to help me before the world would end for my printer! ;-) Tried to get me to allow him to control my PC. when I said no chance he lost interest and said good bye!

I believe they were pretending to be hewlet Packard customer helpline

Scammer pretending to be from HP support. He said he needs to remote into my computer. LOL
