Did not sound genuine. Foreign call handler who had poor English. I Terminated call.

They are crooks...do not become involved

They called claiming to be M&S Bank. I called M&S and they said it is not them!

Robotic voice identified itself as m&s bank (I do have an account with them) it asked me to enter my DOB so I hung up and reported as spam

Keeps calling

Got a text message to call them. Asked for card or acc number which I didn't give out. Found my records and said I had missed payment! However tone got very threatening when I was persistently asked how I was going to pay, when I was going to pay, how much I was going to pay. This is first time I've missed a payment ever! Then started asking if I could pay my other outgoings?! I asked why they need to know that?! The call has been recorded and I shall be making a complaint to M and S Head Office
